My favorite fitness class. Love the warmup stretches too. It’s great learning new tricks and see my progress

Great class, great workout! Took 2 beginner classes so far and the instructor is good at showing modifications and breaking down the moves according to students’ skill & comfort level.

Very fun class! Good warmup too! It was good to stretch some muscles I never use.
